الملخص

الملخص: يعتبر التزوير المعلوماتي في البيئة الرقمية من المواضيع المستجدة والهامة، كونه أصبح من أخطر أنواع الجرائم الإلكترونية المرتكبة، لذلك سعت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان طبيعة هذه الجريمة ومدى خصوصيتها وكذا تمييزها عن جريمة التزوير التقليدي، وكذا توضيح تنظيم الصيغ التشريعية المختلفة لها، ومدى توفير الحماية الجنائية للمستند الإلكتروني باعتباره محور التزوير المعلوماتي. ABSTRACT: Information forgery in the digital environment is an emerging and important theme, the fact that it has become one of the most serious types of cybercrime committed, this study therefore sought to explain the nature and specificity of this crime, as well as to distinguish it from thecrime of traditional forgery , and to clarify the organization of the various legislative versions thereof, and the extent to which the electronic document is provided with criminal protection as the focus of information forgery.
