Digital Transformation In Health Institutions And Its Role In Improving The Quality Of Health Care Services In Light Of The Corona Pandemic - The Experience Of The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia-

Abstract
Our study aims to identify the role played by digital transformation in health institutions in improving the quality of health services in light of the Corona pandemic. In order to answer the question and the problem posed, the descriptive approach was used, which allowed us to collect information and data and analyze it according to the requirements of the study. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that in light of the outbreak of the Corona pandemic and despite its negative repercussions, it had an important role in moving towards the health digitization of the health sector, and activating e-health during the pandemic through an integrated set of electronic methods and technologies, which in turn contributed to the improvement of Health care services. Through the experience of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and thanks to electronic work in health institutions, represented by electronic systems, programs and applications such as “wasfaty”, “Mawid”, “Rasd and Sehha” and “electronic paramedic”...etc., the Kingdom was able to raise the level of readiness of its health institutions to tackle the Corona pandemic, and to raise the efficiency and quality of services, which increased the satisfaction of beneficiaries. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي لعبه التحول الرقمي في المؤسسات الصحية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وللإجابة عن التساؤل والأشكال المطروح تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي سمح لنا بتجميع المعلومات والبيانات وتحليلها حسب متطلبات الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أنه وفي ظل تفشي جائحة كورونا ورغم انعكاساتها السلبية، فقد كان لها دور مهم في التوجه نحو الرقمنة الصحية في القطاع الصحي، وتفعيل الصحة الالكترونية خلال الجائحة من خلال مجموعة متكاملة من الأساليب والتقنيات الالكترونية والتي ساهمت بدورها في تحسين وتميز خدمات الرعاية الصحية. فمن خلال تجربة المملكة العربية السعودية وبفضل الأعمال الالكترونية في المؤسسات الصحية متمثلة في الأنظمة والبرامج والتطبيقات الالكترونية كتطبيق وصفتي وموعد ورصد وصحة والمسعف الالكتروني...الخ، تمكنت المملكة من رفع مستوى الجاهزية لمؤسساتها الصحية للتصدي لجائحة كورونا، ورفع كفاءة الخدمات وجودتها وزاد من رضا المستفيدين. Notre étude vise à identifier le rôle joué par la transformation numérique dans l'amélioration de la qualité des services dans les établissements de la santé à la lumière de la pandémie de la Coronavirus. Afin de répondre à la question et à la problématique posée, on a utilisé l'approche descriptive, ce qui nous a permis de recueillir des informations et des données et les analyser ensuite selon les exigences de l'étude. Notre étude a atteint un ensemble de résultats, malgré la propagation et la répercussion négative de la pandémie de la Corona, mais elle a joué un rôle important dans l’orientation vers la numérisation du secteur de la santé, et l'activation de la e-santé au cours de la pandémie grâce à un ensemble intégré de méthodes et de technologies électroniques, qui a enfin contribué à l'amélioration des services de la santé. Grâce à l'expérience du Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite, et grâce au travaux électroniques dans les établissements du secteur de la santé, représentés par des systèmes, programmes et applications électroniques tels que : « wasfaty », « Mawid », « Rasd et Sehha » et « paramédical électronique » ... etc. Le Royaume était capable d'élever le niveau de préparation de ses établissements de la santé pour faire face à la pandémie de la Corona, et d'augmenter l'efficacité et la qualité des services, ce qui a augmenté la satisfaction des bénéficiaires.
