الملخص
اعتمدت التنمية المستدامة على اساس الارتقاء بالانسان والموارد مع الانتباه الى عدم المساس بموارد الاجيال القادمة واصبحت هذه الفكرة مصطلح يهدف الى تحسين كل شيء يعود بالفائدة على الانسان وتطوير حياته وظروف معيشته . وتعد الثقافة داعما رئيسيا لمفهوم التنمية المستدامة بالرغم من عدم وجود تفعيل حقيقي لهذا الموضوع لكن النهوض بالابداع والمبدعين والمثقفين والفنانين يغذي هذا الدعم . فاقامة النشاطات الفنية الهادفة تساعد على تنمية الموارد الفكرية التي تغذي التنمية المستدامة في اطارها الفني والمجتمعي . Sustainable development was based on the upgrading of people and resources, with attention to not compromising the resources of future generations. This idea became a term aimed at improving everything that benefits the human being and developing his life and living conditions. Culture is a major supporter of the concept of sustainable development despite the lack of real activation of this topic, but the promotion of creativity, creators, intellectuals and artists feeds this support. The establishment of purposeful artistic activities helps to develop intellectual resources that nourish sustainable development in its technical and societal framework. Le développement durable était basé sur la mise à niveau des personnes et des ressources, en veillant à ne pas compromettre les ressources des générations futures. Cette idée est devenue un terme visant à améliorer tout ce qui profite à l'être humain et à développer sa vie et ses conditions de vie. La culture est un fervent défenseur du concept de développement durable malgré le manque d'activation réelle de ce thème, mais la promotion de la créativité, des créateurs, des intellectuels et des artistes alimente ce soutien. La mise en place d'activités artistiques volontaristes contribue à développer des ressources intellectuelles qui nourrissent le développement durable dans son cadre technique et sociétal.
