الملخص
This stady addressed the close connection betwen the aspirations of arab development and the reasons for their disadvantages in the use of tools and accessories knowledge economy ,which has been in continuous decline education level and the low of research and development and the emergence of the bureaucratic,the components of the knowledge economy in the arab world. Content knowledge and the need to be completed by the public and private sectors .the stydy found of conclusions and recommendations enumerated in the latest research.
