الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الاتجاهات النظرية في مداخل وتحليل السياسة العامة للدولة قصد الاستفادة من الأسس المعرفية حول مراحل رسم السياسة العامة وتحليلها ومسار هذه العملية وكذا مناهج ومداخل النظريات تحليل السياسة العامة للدولة وابراز التشابه واختلاف بين مختلف اتجاهات الفكرية في هذا المجال وأخيرا التعرف على الأساليب العلمية المستخدمة في تقييم السياسات العامة ومختلف المشاكل والعراقيل التي تصادف عملية التحليل قصد الاستفادة منها. في تحديد الخيارات الاستراتيجية، التخطيط والبرمجة وكذا إعداد الموازنة التقديرية، المتابعة والمراجعة، وأخيرا تقييم هذه البرامج من اجل زيادة الكفاءة والفعالية التشغيلية. Abstract: Thee aim of this study is to show up Theoretical trends in the entrances and analysis of the state’s public policy in order to benefit from the knowledge bases about the stages of drawing up and analyzing the public policy and the course of this process, as well as the approaches and approaches to the theories analyzing the state’s public policy and highlighting the similarities and differences between the various int ellectual trends in this field and finally identifying the scientific methods used in evaluating public policies And the various problems and obstacles encountered in the analysis process in order to benefit from them. In defining strategic options, planning and programming, as well as preparing the estimated budget, follow-up, review, and finally evaluate these programs in order to increase operational Efficiency and effectiveness.
