واقع ومؤشرات تطور دور الصناعات التحويلية فى عملية التنمية الاقتصادية فى محافظة البصرة للمدة (2017_2000)

الملخص
الملخص تعد الصناعات التحويلية المحرك الأساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية والصناعية لما لها من دور فعال في تكوين الناتج المحلي ، وتكمن أهميتها في دورها المؤثر في حماية الصناعات الوطنية عن طريق زيادة الصادرات وتقليل الاستيرادات فضلا عن استيعاب الأعداد الهائلة من الأيدي العاملة وقدرتها على تحقيق التقدم التكنولوجي ، لهذا جاء هدف البحث لدراسة واقع الصناعات التحويلية في محافظة البصرة للمدة (2000 – 2017 ) من اجل التعرف على الوزن النسبي لهذه الصناعة فضلا عن دراسة المؤشرات التابعة لها ، وهو معرفة معدلات النمو السلبية والايجابية المتحققة فيها ، فضلا عن دراسة التغيرات الحاصلة في بيئة الصناعات وتوزيعها الجغرافي . إذ توصل الباحث إلى استنتاج هو أن الصناعة التحويلية في العراق بشكل عام ومحافظة البصرة بشكل خاص لم تكن بمستوى الطموح وفقاً لمعايير تطور قيمة الإنتاج ، قيمة مستلزمات الإنتاج ومساهمتها في توليد الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ، ومساهمتها في تشغيل العمالة وتطور أعداد مؤسسات الصناعة التحويلية. Its importantee lies in its in fluential role in protecting national industries rsy increasing exports and reducing imports Aswell as absorbing The huge numbers of man power and its ability to achieve technological progress There fore . The aim of The research came to study The reality of The manu facturing industries in Basra Govern orate for The period ( 2000 – 2017 ) in order to indentify the relative weight of this industry . As well as studying its indicators . It is The Knowledge of negative and positive growth rates achievedin them . Aswellas studying The changes taking place in the structure of manu facturing in dustries and their geographical distribution As the researcher came to The conclusion that The manu factuing industry in Iraq in general and Basra Governorate in particu Iarwasnot up to The Ievel of ambition According to the standards of the development of the value of production the value of production reguirements and their contribution to the generation of gross domestic product and their contribution to cmploy mentand the development of the number of manufacturing enterprieses .
