الملخص
قال تعالى : وإذا بشر أحدهم بالانثى ظل وجهه مسودا وهو كظيم يتوارى من القوم من السوء ما بشر به أيمسكه على هون أم يدسه في التراب ألا ساء ما يحكمون " سورة النحل (58-59) ان في هذه الآية دلالة واضحة على وضعية ومكانة المرأة قبل الإسلام . وهذا الازدراء و النظرة الدونية ليست لصيقة بأمة أو بشعب معين فقد اشتركت فيها كل الأمم و الشعوب السابقة . إلى أن جاء الإسلام وأنصف المرأة . فأعطاها الكثير من الحقوق التي جعلت منها نصف المجتمع فعلا . وتلك المكانة مكنتها من ترك بصمتها في جل الميادين وذلك في دول المشرق الإسلامي كما في الدول التي قامت ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي والذي أعطت فيه الدولة الرستمية أرقى النماذج و الأمثلة عن الدور الايجابي الذي لعبته النساء في المجتمع الرستمي فوجدنا العلامة المتبحرة كغزالة وغيرها والسياسة المنخدعة كزوجة أبي قاسم الوسياني و الزوجة والأم التي تسير أسرتها وتعمل على أن توفر لها كل مستلزماتها . هذه الصورة الراقية و المتفردة التي أوصلتها الينا المصادر التاريخية عن المرأة الرستمية هل كان سببها نبوغ النساء ببلاد المغرب . أم اهتمام أولي الأمر وخاصة الأئمة الرستميين بأمور المرأة وقضاياها وتطبيقهم لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية أم أن ذلك النبوغ والعطاء كان نتاج الأمرين معا . Abstract: The Almighty said: And whn the news of the birth of a female child is brought to any of them, his face becomes darkand he is filled with inward grief! He hides himself fromp the people because of the evil of that whereof he has been informed.shall he keep her with dishonour or bury her in the earth? Certainly, evil is their decision.” Surah An-Nahl (58-59). In this verse, there is a clear indication of the status and position of women before Islam. This contempt and inferiority is not attached to a particular nation or people, all previous nations and peoples participated in it. Until Islam came and treated women fairly. He gave her a lot of rights that made her half of society actually. And that position enabled it to leave its mark in most of the fields and in The Islamic Middle East countries, as in the countries that were established in the Islamic Maghreb, and in which the Rustumid state gave the finest. examples of the positive role that women played in the Rustumid society, We found the embossed mark like a gazelle and others, and deceived politics like the wife of Abu Qassem Al-Wasiani, the wife and mother who runs her family and works to ensure that it provides all her necessities. This high-end and unique picture that the historical sources brought to us about the Rustumid woman, was it caused by womens genius in the Maghreb? Or the concern of those in authority, especially the Rustamd imams, in the affairs and issues of women and their application of Islamic rulings?, or was that genius and giving the result of both things together.
