Enjeux Sécuritaires Multidimensionnels En Méditerranée

Résumé
Dans le cas de la Méditerranée, le problème se pose surtout en termes économiques et sociaux. Sur un fond d'instabilité sociale et économique, les guerres, le non-respect des libertés fondamentales, les violations des droits de l'homme, le racisme, la xénophobie peuvent se développer. Ils constituent, en plus des aspects militaires, les "nouveaux" dangers qui pèsent, aujourd'hui, sur la paix, la sécurité et le bien-être des populations des deux côtés de la Méditerranée. Abstract: In the case of the Mediterranean, the problem arises above all in economic and social terms. Against a background of social and economic instability, wars, disrespect for fundamental freedoms, violations of human rights, racism and xenophobia can develop. In addition to the military aspects, they constitute the “new” dangers which weigh today on the peace, security and well-being of the populations on both sides of the Mediterranean.
