مستوى تطبيق ابعاد الإدارة الالكترونية ببلدية بسكرة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبعاد الإدارة الإلكترونية من خلال مستويات تطبيقها على بلدية بسكرة، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (21) موظفي بالبلدية، وزعت الباحثة استبانة خاصة لجمع البيانات من أفرادها وقد توزيع 21 استبانة على موظفين البلدية، وتم استرجاعها كلها. ومن خلال تحليلها ببرنامج ال SPSS حيث كانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها هو أن بلدية بسكرة محل الدراسة تعمل على تطبيق أبعاد الإدارة الإلكترونية بشكل مرتفع من خلال التخطيط الالكتروني والتنظيم الالكتروني بالإضافة لكل من الرقابة الالكترونية وأجهزة ومعدات والشبكات وقواعد البيانات والذي ساهم في لتحقيق هدفي الكفاءة والفعالية لصالح المنظمة من خلال تسريع وتسهيل وتبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية ومن ثمّ تحقيق الراحة والرفاهية للعامل داخلها. This study aims to identify the dimensions of electronic management through the levels of its application to the municipality of Biskra, and the descriptive analytical approach was used. Where the study sample consisted of (21) municipality employees, the researcher distributed a special questionnaire to collect data from its members, and 21 questionnaires were distributed to municipality employees, and they were all retrieved and through its analysis in the SPSS program, where the most important results reached is that the municipality of Biskra under study works to apply the dimensions of electronic management in a high way through electronic planning and electronic organization in addition to each of the electronic control, devices, equipment, networks and databases, which contributed to achieving the two goals of efficiency and effectiveness for the benefit of the organization by accelerating, facilitating and simplifying administrative procedures and then achieving comfort and well-being for the worker inside.
