الملخص
الملخص : تعد الدراسات التي تهتم بسير الشخصيات من بين أهم الموضوعات التي جلبت اهتمام الباحثين والمختصين في تاريخ الحركة الوطنية والثورة التحريرية الكبرى ، وتبين بوضوح بعض القضايا المحيطة بهذه الشخصيات والتي مازالت مجهولة وأحيانا أخرى فإن مثل هذه الدراسات هي مهمة لكتابة تاريخ الجزائر الحديث والمعاصر ، ولعل أبرز شخصية وطنية مثّل معسكر والجزائر عموماً في هذا الجهد السياسي والثوري هو أحمد طاهر الذي كان مناضلاً وطنياً ينتمي إلى الاتحاد الديمقراطي للبيان الجزائري وترأس الحزب في المدينة وشارك في الانتخابات المتعددة التي جرت مابين 1946م-1954م وقدم مطالب للحكومة الفرنسية ،كما احتج كثيراً أمام إدارة الاحتلال عن الأوضاع التي كان يعيشها الإنسان المعسكري بصفة خاصة والشعب الجزائري بصفة عامة ، ومن هذا المنطلق وجب التعرف على نوعية القضايا التي طرحها أحمد طاهر وطالب بحلها ثم التعرف على موقف الحكومة الفرنسية من هذه المطالب ،ولدراسة هذا الموضوع لابد من إبراز دور المدينة تاريخياً في مواجهة الأخطار الخارجية وإظهار أهم الشخصيات المحلية التي قادت النضال ضد التواجد الأجنبي الفرنسي من الناحية السياسية والثقافية ،ثم التركيز على دراسة الشخصية المحورية في البحث ودورها السياسي في المرحلة الممتدة بين 1946م-1956م. الكلمات المفتاحية : أحمد طاهر ، نضال ، الحركة الوطنية ، الحزب ، القضايا . Abstract: The studies of personalities are a very important issues that brings interest to researchers and specialists in the history of national movement and the great revolution of liberation. It clarifies some issues that concerns these personalities who were still ignored and sometimes such a study is a mission write the modern and the contemporary Algerian history. One of the outstanding figure who presented Mascara and Algeria in general is Ahmed TAHAR. He was a national struggler who belongs to the Algerian democratic communique union. He captained the party in the city. Moreover, he participated in the multiple election which was between (1946-1954) , he presented demands to the French government and he remonstrated many times in front of the colonialism administration against the bad condition of Mascarian people specifically and the Algerian people in general .Thus , the types of issues that Ahmed TAHAR claimed must be known besides , the attitude of the French government from the previous demands . Therefore , to study this theme the historical role of the city must be highlighted in facing the external menaces and in demonstrating the outs landing the outs landing figures that conducted the struggle against the French colonization .After that, the focus on studying the ascle personalities in research and its role in the political phase from (1946 to 1956).
