الهجرة غير الشرعية و آثارها على الجزائر

الملخص
الملخص: أضحت الهجرة غير الشرعية من أهم الأخطار التي تواجه العالم عامة و الجزائر خاصة، تتعدد أسبابها و تختلف، كما تتنوع الفئات التي مسّتها هاته الآفة بين الذكور و الإناث بل أضحت تمّس عائلات بأكملها. إن الموقع الجغرافي المميّز الذي تحتلّه الجزائر و شساعة مساحتها أصبحا يشكلان هاجسا كبيرا أمام الجميع (شعبا و حكومة) بالنظر إلى تفشّي ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، فالجزائر قبلة للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين سواء للبقاء فيها أو جعلها منطقة عبور، كما تعتبر بلد انطلاق بطريقة غير قانونية نحو العالم الآخر و بالتحديد نحو دول أوروبا. و الملاحظ أن آفة الهجرة السرية كما يطلق عليها، قد تقترن في العديد من المرات بجرائم أخرى قد تكون أكثر جسامة و خطورة لاسيما على أمن و اقتصاد الدولة و المجتمع كالإرهاب و التهريب (الأسلحة، المخدرات،..)، و المتاجرة في العملة المزورة و غيرها من الجرائم. من خلال هذه الدراسة نتطرق إلى مخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية على الجزائر و دور السلطات في مواجهة هذه الآفة. Summary: Illegal immigration has become one of the most important dangers facing the world in general and Algeria in particular, its causes are many and different, and the groups affected by this scourge vary between males and females, but they have come to affect entire families. The distinctive geographical location that Algeria occupies and its vast area have become a great concern for everyone (people and government) in view of the spread of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, Algeria is a destination for illegal immigrants, whether to stay in it or make it a transit zone, and it is also considered an illegal country of departure to the other world, specifically to European countries. It is noticeable that the scourge of clandestine immigration, as applied to it, may be associated many times with other crimes that may be more serious and dangerous, especially to the security and economy of the state and society such as terrorism and smuggling (weapons, drugs, ...), and trading in counterfeit currency and Other crimes. Through this study, we address the dangers of illegal immigration to Algeria and the authorities' role in confronting this scourge.
