الملخص
تعتبر عملية التنمية نتاج مراحل عديدة وتضافر جهود الفاعلين بغية تحقيق الرقي والتقدم في مجالات الحياة الإنسانية، والمضي قدماً بالإنسان نحو الاستقرار المعيشي والرفاهية، وتلبية متطلباته تماشياً واحتياجاته وامكانياته على جميع الأصعدة. وتعد التجربة الماليزية إحدى قصص النجاح في القارة الآسيوية، فهي مثال لنموذج رائد قوامه الاقتصاد والاسلام، فقد تحولت ماليزيا في غضون ثلاثة عقود من دولة صنفت كأفقر دول آسيا إلى دولة صناعية حديثة بفضل السياسات والاستراتيجيات المنتهجة في مساعي التنمية، والتي جعلت منها تجربة تنموية رائدة حظيت باهتمام ودراسة كثير من الخبراء الاقتصاديين، نظرا لحجم الانجازات والنجاحات التي حققتها والتي مكنتها من تبوء المراتب الأولى عالميا.
