Summary: The transformation of companies in today's world is accompanied by an increase in constraints causing occupational risks, namely: accidents at work and occupational illnesses. The study of prevention measures among the stevedores of the Bejaia port company aims to understand the reality of the prevention policy implemented by this company in order to reduce work accidents and occupational diseases. Based on our commitment in the field, we have opted for the qualitative method which is more suitable for gathering the necessary information that will enable us to carry out our study in greater depth. This is a strategy that helped us to work face-to-face with the respondents. We found that working conditions generate occupational risks among EPB handlers, without excluding human, technical and organizational factors as the main causes in this occupational category . ملخص : يصاحب تحول الشركات في العالم اليوم زيادة في القيود التي تسبب المخاطر المهنية، وهي: حوادث العمل والأمراض المهنية. الهدف من دراسة تدابير الوقاية في مواجهة المخاطر المهنية, هو فهم واقع هذه المخاطر المهنية وسياسة الوقاية التي تطبقها هذه الشركة للحد من الحوادث و أمراض العمل, بناءً على التزامنا في المجال ، اخترنا الطريقة النوعية الأكثر ملائمة لجمع المعلومات الضرورية التي من المحتمل أن تسمح لنا بتعميق دراستنا. هذه إستراتيجية ساعدتنا على العمل وجهاً لوجه مع المستجيبين. لقد وجدنا أن ظروف العمل تولد مخاطر مهنية لمعاملي شركة ميناء بجاية، دون استبعاد العوامل البشرية والتقنية والتنظيمية كأسباب رئيسية في هذه الفئة المهنية. لتصبح سلامة العمل بعد ذلك واحدة من الأدوات الرئيسية في الوقاية من المخاطر المهنية ووسيلة أساسية للحفاظ على الصحة والسلامة في العمل Résumé: La mutation des entreprises que connaît le monde d’aujourd’hui, est accompagné d’un accroissement de contraintes provoquant des risques professionnels à savoir : les accidents de travail et les maladies professionnelles. L’étude des mesures de prévention chez les manutentionnaires de l’entreprise portuaire de Bejaia a pour objectif, de comprendre la réalité de cette politique de prévention mise en place par cette entreprise, afin de réduire les accidents de travail et les maladies professionnelles. En se basant sur notre engagement sur le terrain, nous avons opté pour la méthode qualitative qui est plus adéquate pour recueillir les informations nécessaires, susceptibles de nous permettre d’approfondir notre étude. Il s’agit, ici, d’une stratégie qui nous a aidé à travailler en face-à-face avec les enquêtés. Nous avons constaté que les conditions de travail engendrent des risques professionnels chez les manutentionnaires de l’EPB, sans exclure les facteurs humains, techniques et organisationnels comme causes principales chez cette catégorie professionnelle.
