الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة بيان أهم الأسباب الداعية لحدوث ما يسمى بظاهرة التغيّر المناخي وإبراز مجمل تأثيراته على مختلف أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، مع التركيز على البعد البيئي، فالقطع الجائر للغابات والتلوث بمختلف أنواعه، والاستمرار في حرق مختلف مصادر الوقود الأحفوري التقليدية وغير التقليدية أدت إلى زيادة نفث غازات الدفيئة وتراكمها في الجو وحدوث ما يسمى بالاحتباس الحراري، الذي أدى إلى حدوث كوارث عدة، كالفيضانات وفقدان التنوع البيولوجي، وهو ما دفع بقادة الإدارة الدولية بدق ناقوس الخطر وإعلان حالة طوارئ دولية للحد من ارتفاع درجات الحرارة. كما تحاول الدراسة التوصل إلى نتيجة رئيسة وهي أنه بالرغم من كثرة الجهود الدولية الرامية لحماية البيئة من التدهور البيئي الذي آلت إليه نتيجة التغير المناخي، كالقمم العالمية للمناخ ومؤتمرات الأطراف السنوية، ومختلف الاتفاقات الدولية للمناخ؛ إلا أن البيئة لا تزال تعاني من التدهور البيئي نتيجة للتسيب وغياب الجدية لحماية البيئة الدولية على ضوء مبادئ التنمية المستدامة. This research paper aims to try to explain the most important reasons for the occurrence of the so-called phenomenon of climate change and to highlight the totality of its effects on the various dimensions of sustainable development, with a focus on the environmental dimension, the excessive cutting of forests and pollution of all kinds, and the continued burning of various sources of fossil fuels, traditional and non-traditional, led to The increase in the emission of greenhouse gases and their accumulation in the atmosphere and the occurrence of the so-called global warming, which led to the occurrence of several disasters, such as floods and the loss of biodiversity, which prompted the leaders of the international administration to sound the alarm and declare an international emergency to limit the rise in temperatures. as the study tries to reach a conclusion The main one is that despite the many international efforts aimed at protecting the environment from the environmental deterioration that has resulted in it as a result of climate change, such as global climate summits, annual conferences of parties, and various international climate agreements; However, the environment is still suffering from environmental deterioration as a result of idleness and lack of seriousness to protect the international environment in the light of the principles of sustainable development.
