دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بين الإدارة والمعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم في قصبة معان

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي دور الادارة المدرسية في تعزيز تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بين الادارة والمعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين انفسهم في تربية قصبة معان. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (36) فقرة توزعت على اربع مجالات، هي: نشر الثقافة المعلوماتية الرقمية بين المعلمين وممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي وﺗﺣﻘﻳق اﻻﺣﺗﻳﺎﺟﺎت اﻟﺗدرﻳﺑﻳﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻌﻠﻣﻳن، وجاهزية البنية التقنية التحتية واﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﻣﻧﻬﺞ اﻟوﺻﻔﻲ اﻟﻣﺳﺣﻲ وقد تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الاداة. أما عينة الدراسة فتألفت من (296 ) من معلمي ومعلمات تربية قصبة معان، وقد كشفت الدراسة عن النتائج الآتية: أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في نشر ثقافة المعلومات وعلى المستوى الكلي، وفي جميع المجالات، كانت متوسطة وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ ) تعزى لمتغير الجنس على المستوى الكلي وعلى مستوى المجالات كل على حدة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ ) وتوصي الدراسة باقامة الدورات للإدارة والمعلمين وتوفير الدعم المعنوي والمادي وايجاد البيئة المناسبة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في الادارات. The study aimed to investigate the role of school administration in promoting information and communication technology between administration and teachers from the teachers' point of view in the Educational District of Ma'an City.To achieve this goal, a questionnaire consisting of (36) items was developed, distributed over four areas: the dissemination of digital information culture among teachers, the practice of strategic planning, the achievement of the training needs of teachers, the readiness of the technical infrastructure, and the use of the descriptive survey method.As for the study sample, it consisted of (296) male and female teachers of Ma’an Educational District, and the study revealed the following results: The role of school administration in spreading information culture at the overall level, and in all fields, was medium and there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥ ) attributed to the gender variable at the total level and at the level of each domains separately, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level (<0.05).The study recommends holding courses for administration and teachers, providing moral and financial support, and creating an appropriate environment for information and communication technology in school administrations.
