الملخص
The allegiance of Morocco throughout its historical era embodied a spiritual-political bond that cemented the bonds of loyalty of the ruler to the ruler and made the relationship of the two sides distinguished by peace and mutual respect. It is not proven that a ruler or an emir took power without allegiance, and it is inconceivable that a group without a ruler represents a power and a bulwark for people who can control their meeting as Ibn Khaldun goes, making allegiance the cornerstone of any political system. It also reflects another aspect of social consensus and political consensus, whether in the form of a contractual charter or in the form of a photographic procedure.
