صلاحيات الموثق في مجال عقود التعمير

الملخص
تكتسي عقود التعمير اهمية في مجال البناء والتعمير ويحتاج اعدادها واستغلالها وتوظيفها الى اطارات ذات كفاءة عالية وذلك في جميع مراحل العملية، كما ان الدور الذي يلعبه الموثق في هذا المجال بصفته ضابط عمومي اوكلت له مهمة اعدادها وايداعها في مستوى الحفظ العقاري يتطلب تذليل الصعوبات امامه ومعالجة النقائص سواء كانت عملية او من حيث المنظومة القانونية وذلك حتى يؤدي مهمته على وجه أكمل ويرقى بمستوى الخدمة الى درجة من الكفاءة حتى تؤدي عقود التعمير وظيفتها حسب طبيعة كل عقد. contracts are of great importance in the field of construction and reconstruction, and their preparation, operation and employment require high performance tires at all stages of the process, and the role that the notary plays as a public officer responsible for preparing contracts and filing them at the level of property preservation requires overcoming the difficulties that arise and remedying deficiencies, whether procedural or in terms of the legal system. This is so that it better fulfills its mission and raises the level of service to a level of efficiency so that construction contracts fulfill their function, depending on the nature of each contract.
