الملخص
من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة استجابت الجزائر الى المتطلبات القانونية الدولية من خلال الوفاء بالتزاماتها ، ومن ثم كان التوجه نحو البدائل المتاحة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال تفعيل الديمقراطية التشاركية على المستوى المحلي ، و التوجه نحو قطاع السياحة الذي يعتبر صناعة تدر عائدات تشكل مصدرا اساسيا في اقتصاديات بعض الدول ، عكف المشرع الجزائري على وضع الاطار العام للاستثمار في قطاع السياحة و السياحة البيئية خصوصا بهدف تحقيق التنمية المحلية، انطلاقا من اعادة بعث الوعي البيئي و نشره عبر محتلف القنوات ، و تحفيز فكرة المواطنة التي لا غنى عنها في تكريس التشاركية في التسيير و اتخاذ القرار ، و من ثم وجب التطرق الى فكرة المواطنة و تأثيراتها على السياحة المستدامة Abstract In order to achieve sustainable development, Algeria responded to the international legal requirements by fulfilling its obligations, and then the trend was towards the available alternatives to achieve sustainable development by activating participatory democracy at the local level, and moving towards the tourism sector, which is a revenue-generating industry that constitutes a main source in the economies of In some countries, the Algerian legislator has been working on setting the general framework for investment in the tourism and ecotourism sector, especially with the aim of achieving local development, based on the revival of environmental awareness and its dissemination through various channels, and stimulating the idea of citizenship that is indispensable in dedicating participatory management and taking the decision And then the idea of citizenship and its effects on sustainable tourism must be addressed
