Les Réseaux De Santé Une Nouvelle Approche Organisationnelle Du Secteur De La Santé Health Networks - A New Organisational Approach To The Health Sector

Résumé
RESUME : Il est important de distinguer, en matière de santé, deux types de réseaux : les réseaux de soins inspirés des organismes d’entretien de la santé HMOs (Health Maintenance Organization) américains qui sont les précurseurs dans l’adoption de cette forme d’organisation et dont l’objet a été de mieux coordonner les soins pour maitriser les dépenses de santé ; et les réseaux de santé qui renvoient à des organisations correspondant à une approche globale du patient et qui se répondent dans les régions difficiles ou tout simplement pour les populations en situation précaire mais essentiellement pour répondre au développement des pathologies. ABSTRACT: It is important to distinguish, in terms of health, between two types of network: care networks inspired by the American HMOs (Health Maintenance Organizations), which are the precursors in the adoption of this form of organization and whose aim has been to improve the coordination of care in order to control health expenditure; and health networks, which refer to organizations corresponding to a global approach to the patient and which are found in difficult regions or simply for populations in a precarious situation, but essentially in order to respond to the development of illnesses
