Family businesses constitute a large majority in the world.In Europe, the percentage of family businesses between 60 and 93%. In Australia, three-quarters of businesses are family .Family businesses constitute a large majority in the world. But undoubtedly are to the US that remain in the list with 93% of family businesses. In Algeria, although no studies have been conducted and inexistent reliable statistics, officials and experts agree that the state called family business is dominant in the Algerian private economic activity. These SMEs operate in a particularly turbulent environment, particularly because of a still incomplete transition and rapid integration into the global economy. This communication has set a general objective, explain the organizational and entrepreneurial challenges of Algerian family business internationalization by identifying factors that significantly influence their growth, and to reflect on possible policy options for family SMEs face the threat of globalization. In other words we will study the determinants and various obstacles to the growth of the Algerian family SMEs
