التسرب في المدرسة الجزائرية الأسباب والنتائج والحلول المقترحة.

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى إعطاء قراءة واضحة لأهم المشاكل التي تعاني منها المدرسة الجزائرية وهي مشكلة التسرب المدرسي والتعرف على أسبابه ونتائجه والحلول المقترحة للحد منه, إذ تعد المدرسة الركيزة الأساسية في عملية التعليم التي تبني عليها معظم الدول أسسها وتخطيطها لبناء جيل متماسك يحمل لواء التقدم والريادة والتحضر, ولكن قد تعترض المدرسة مشاكل تعيق تحقيقها لأهدافها التنموية المسطرة وتثبط من نشاطها, منها ظاهرة العنف المدرسي وضعف التحصيل الدراسي والرسوب, وأيضا ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي, ولقد استحوذت هذه الأخيرة اهتمام العديد من الباحثين الاجتماعيين في وقتنا الحالي, وهذا على صعيد الساحة الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية، حيث أصبحت ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي منتشرة في معظم بلدان العالم الثالث على حد سواء, فعقدت من أجلها الندوات والملتقيات, إذ أصبح العالم اليوم على قناعة بأن التسرب المدرسي هو ظاهرة تشكل خطرا وتؤثر في تقدم المجتمع الواحد وتطوره, ولاسيما أنها تساهم بشكل كبير وأساسي في تفشي الأمية, وعدم اندماج الأفراد في التنمية, لذا اعتبرها البعض بمثابة آفة تربوية واجتماعية يؤدي استمرارها إلى تقويض دعائم المجتمع إن لم تسارع الدول المتضررة إلى استدراك خطورتها. الكلمات الدالة : التسرب, المعلم, المدرسة, التلميذ, الأسرة. Abstrac This intervention aims to give a clear reading of the most important problems that the Algerian school suffers from, which is the problem of school dropout and to identify its causes and consequences and the proposed solutions to reduce it, as the school is the main pillar in the education process upon which most countries build their foundations and planning to build a coherent generation that holds the banner of progress, leadership and urbanization However, the school may encounter problems that hinder its achievement of its ruler developmental goals and discourage its activity, including the phenomenon of school violence and poor academic achievement and failure, as well as the phenomenon of school dropout, and the latter has captured the attention of many social researchers in the past. Our current, and this is at the level of the social, cultural, political and economic arena, where the phenomenon of school dropout has become widespread in most countries of the third world alike, for which seminars and forums were held, as the world today is convinced that school dropout is a phenomenon that constitutes a threat and affects the progress of society The one and its development, especially that it contributes significantly and mainly to the spread of illiteracy, and the lack of integration of individuals in development, so some considered it as an educational and social scourge, the continuation of which leads to undermining the pillars of society if the affected countries do not accelerate to realize its seriousness. drop out, teacher, school, student, family.
