مفهوم سوء المعاملة الوالدية والعوامل المحددة لخطرها على الأبناء دون 16 سنة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى محاولة فهم أثر سوء المعاملة الوالدية في ﻓــﻲ ﺷﺨﺼــﻴﺔ الطفل وﺻـﺤﺘﻪ اﻟﻨﻔﺴـﻴﺔ في المستقبل ،وفي سياق آخر استمرارية الإساءة واهميتها كأسلوب تربوي في الاسرة سيولد لنا مراهقا مضطربا نفسيا وينعكس لاحقا في حياته كراشد، حيث أن اﻹﺳﺎءة اﻟﺘﻲ تحدث ﻓﻲ البيت و بالتحديد اﻟﺘﻲ تصدر ﻣﻦ الوالدين اتجاه الطفل ، ﺗﺆﺛﺮ سلبا في كل مجالات حیاته النفسیة و السلوكیة و الأكادیمیة و في علاقته بوالديه و مع الآخرین ، فهي تحدث ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎن ﻣﻐﻠﻖ وهو اﻟﻤﻨﺰل ﻣﻤﺎ يجعل إﻧﻜﺎرها و إﺧﻔﺎءها أسهل ، وﻳﻌـــﺎﻧﻲ ﻣﻨﻬـــﺎ أي طفل ﺑﺼﺮف النظر عن طبقته الإجتماعية أو اﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎدﻳﺔ أو العلمية، ويتعرض لها الطفل ﺑﺄﺷﻜﺎل ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ منها اﻹﺳﺎءة الجسدية والنفسية والجنسية والإهمال واﻟﺘﻲ تمتد آﺛﺎرها إﻟﻰ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ متقدمة ﻣﻦ حياته، و درﺟﺔ تأثيرها يكون أﻛﺒﺮ ، ﻛﻮن الوالدين يفترض فيهما أن يكونا مصدر حماية وليس مصدر تهديد وﺧﻮف، كما أن للإساءة الوالدية مجموعة من العوامل المحددة لخطرها، إن هذه العوامل تكون مرتبطة بالوالدین أنفسهم أو بالأبناء أو بظروف خارجیة راجعة للمجتمع الذي ینتمون فیه. Abstract : This research paper aims to try to understand the impact of parental abuse on the child’s personality and psychological health in the future, and in another context, the continuity of abuse and its importance as an educational method in the family will generate a psychologically troubled adolescent and will be reflected later in his adult life, as the abuse that occurs in the home, specifically Those issued by the parents towards the child negatively affect all areas of his psychological, behavioral and academic life and his relationship with his parents and with others. Economic or scientific abuse, and the child is exposed to it in various forms, including physical, psychological, sexual abuse and neglect, whose effects extend to advanced stages of his life, and the degree of impact is greater, as the parents are supposed to be a source of protection and not a source of threat and fear, and parental abuse has a set of factors Al-Handdah is dangerous because these factors are related to the parents themselves or the children or to external circumstances due to the society in which they belong. The concept of parental abuse and the determinants of its risk to children have been brought to the attention of many scholars' literature in the religious, medical, legal and educational fields, because it has a profound impact on the personality, level of adjustment and psychological health of the individual, and it is an obstacle to building the child's personality in all its aspects, emotional, social, cognitive and physical. Parental abuse of the child means any that are deliberately or unintentionally directed to him or her. by his parents, Whether it's physical, verbal, sexual or negligent, which hurts him and causes him serious damage in some aspects of his personality.
