الملخص
The achievement of a comprehensive and sustainable economic development is one of the most important issues. Where economic development is not considered as increasing economic growth in the form of an increase in national income only.But that development must include all aspects, whether economic, social, political and cultural. Why there are several development programs could be adopted by countries to achieve a comprehensive and sustainable economic development. Such as the use of rural development as an input to the sustainability of development, Due to several reasons, the most important of the great disparity in per capita public services and living environment between rural and urban populations. This would weaken the development programs in many third world countries to confront the requirements of the Food and capital formation.
