سوسيولوجيا الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائر

الملخص
نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى القاء الضوء على احدى الظواهر الحساسة التي تعيشها بلدان المغرب العربي عامة والجزائر على وجه الخصوص، ويتعلق الأمر بظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية التي لا يمكن الحديث عنها دون استحضار ما تخلفه من مآسي في صفوف شريحة هامة من الشباب الجزائري، حيث أصبح من المألوف الحديث عن انتشال غرقى وموتي وضياع بين هذه الفئة التي تعتبر أهم ما يعتمد عليه المجتمع في تحقيق التنمية انطلاقا ً من أن الإنسان هو وسيلة التنمية وغايتها. Through this study, we aim at shedding light on one of the vital issues in the Greater Maghreb’s countries, Algeria in particular. It is the phenomenon of illegal immigration which can not be presented without evoking its impact on most of the Algerian youth, as it has become familiar and common to talk about lifting the shipwrecked and the deceased as well as the loss of these young people who are considered as the most reliable category that society depends on to achieve development and growth since man is the means of development and its purpose.
