الملخص

ملخص: إن مفهوم الأزمة المالية من المفاهيم الواسعة الانتشار في المجتمع المعاصر، حيث أصبح يمس بشكل أو بآخر كل جوانب الحياة بدءاً من الأزمات التي تواجه الفرد مروراً بالأزمات التي تمر بها الحكومات والمؤسسات وانتهاءً بالأزمات الدولية و خلق إمكانية استغلال الأزمة و جعلها قوة دافعة للاقتصاد. إنها حالة من عدم التوازن والاتساق بين ما تم وبين ما يجب أن يتم". تؤثر بشكل مباشر وسريع على المجتمع خاصة أنها أضحت أكثر من أي وقت مضى شيوعا وتكرارا وخطورة لما لها من قوة تأثير مادية ومعنوية خاصة على الفئات الهشة من المجتمع. ABSTRACT: It is "a state of imbalance and inconsistency between what was done and what should be done." It directly and quickly affects society, especially as it has become more common, frequent, and dangerous than ever before, due to its strong material and moral influence, especially on vulnerable groups of society. The concept of the financial crisis is one of the widespread concepts in contemporary society, as it has touched, in one way or another, all aspects of life, starting with the crises facing the individual through the crises experienced by governments, institutions and ending with international crises as well as to creating the possibility of exploiting the crisis to make it a driving force for the economy.
