ارتفاع أسعار الغذاء العالمية مسبباته وسبل مواجهته

الملخص
يتعايش العالم حاليا مع أزمة ارتفاع الأسعار بشكل عام وأسعار السلع الغذائية بشكل خاص هذه الأزمة التي أحدثت قلقا كبيرا لكثير من شعوب العالم بل وتسببت في احداث أعمال شغب في دول كثيرة منها هايتي، الفلبين، مصر، سنغافورة، تايلندا، إندونيسيا، اليمن، غينيا، باكستان، بوركينافاسو، مدغشقر، وغيرها من الدول. وكان لارتفاع أسعار الغذاء بين عامي 2007-2008 بنسبة أكثر من 43% السبب الأكبر في انفجار أزمات اجتماعية واقتصادية خطيرة في بعض الدول النامية ومنها بلدان عربية ،وفي الآونة الأخيرة أدى انخفاض سعر الدولار والزيادات المستمرة في أسعار النفط الى ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية ، وازدادت الأمور حدة عند البحث عن بدائل جديدة للطاقة ، الأمر الذي أدى إلى التوسع في إنتاج الوقود الحيوي المستخرج من المحاصيل الزراعية كالقمح والذرة وقصب السكر ، حيث أشارت بعض الجهات إلى أن إنتاج لتر منه يكلف حاليا 60 سنتا والبحث جار لتخفيض تكلفته بينما تصل تكلفة إنتاج لتر من البنزين الى حوالي 40 سنتا، ومع الوضع في الاعتبار الأخطار القادمة في التوسع في إنتاج الوقود الحيوي إذ أن إنتاج 20 لترا من الوقود الحيوي يحتاج إلى أكثر من 380 كيلوجراما من الذرة وهي كمية تكفي لإطعام إنسان طيلة كل عام، ونبحث من خلال هذه الورقة عن أسباب ارتفاع أسعار الغذاء في السوق العالمي، وسبل مواجهته.
