تقييم أداء قطاع اللوجستبك في الجزائر وفق منهجية مؤشر الأداء اللوجستي للبنك الدولي

الملخص

: يعتبر قطاع اللوجستيك الدعامة الرئيسية للتبادل التجاري داخل الحدود وعبرها نظرا لمساهمته الفعالة في تحسين تنافسية الصادرات بشكل خاص والاقتصاد الوطني بشكل عام، وبالرغم من الأهمية التي توليها السلطات العمومية للارتقاء بالخدمات اللوجستية من خلال الاعتمادات المالية الكبيرة المستثمرة في هذا المجال فإن المراتب المتأخرة لقطاع اللوجستيك في التقارير الدولية خاصة تقرير مؤشر الأداء اللوجستي للبنك الدولي لا تعكس جهود الجزائر لتطوير هذا القطاع، لذا يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقييم أداء الخدمات اللوجستيه في الجزائر وإبراز التحديات وكذا الإجراءات الواجب اتخاذها لتحسين أداء الخدمات اللوجستية بالنظر لأهميتها البالغة للتنافسية والنمو والتنمية The logistics sector is considered the main pillar of trade exchange within and across borders due to its effective contribution to improving the competitiveness of exports in particular and the national economy in general. Despite the importance that the public authorities dedicate to the improvement of logistics services through the continuous large financial appropriations in this field, the Last ranks of the logistics sector in international reports, especially the World Bank’s Logistics Performance Index report, do not reflect Algeria’s efforts to develop this sector. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the performance of logistics services in Algeria and to highlight the challenges as well as the measures to be taken to improve the performance of logistics services in Algeria in view of its great importance for competitiveness, economic growth and development.
