الحماية الجزائية للممتلكات العقارية في التشريعات العربية

الملخص
يعد العقار ركيزة اساسية في جل السياسات الاقتصادية لمختلف الدول لما له من أثر بالغ في صناعة القرار وخلق الثروة، على اعتبار أنه عامل إنتاج استراتيجي لكل القطاعات الحيوية ورافعة أساسية للتنمية المستدامة بمختلف أبعادها، ونظرا لهذه الاهمية الاستراتيجية للممتلكات العقارية سعت مختلف التشريعات العربية الى اضفاء حماية جزائية على هذه الاخيرة بمختلف تقسيماتها من خلال ترسانة قانونية تقاربت رغم اختلاف الاصول التاريخية للتشريعات العربية وكذا السياسات الاقتصادية. *** Abstract: summary of the contents of the article It refers to the objective of the research, and the results reached in two paragraphs Real estate is a key pillar in most economic policies of different countries because of its profound impact on decision-making and wealth creation, as it is a strategic production factor for all vital sectors and a fundamental lever for sustainable development in all its dimensions, and due to this strategic importance of real estate properties, various Arab legislation sought to provide punitive protection to the latter in its various divisions through a legal arsenal that converged despite the different historical origins of Arab legislation as well as economic policies.
