القيم المستنبطة من توظيف إستراتيجيات التعلّم النشط في التدريس

الملخص
يقرّ الخبراء والتربويون أنّ لإستراتيجيات التعلّم النشط فاعلية كبيرة في تحسين التحصيل لدى المتعلمين، وتنمية دافعيتهم للتعلّم، وزيادة الإبداع لديهم، كما يؤثّر التنويع في استخدام تلك الإستراتيجيات على أنماط تفكيرهم، وتحسين مهاراتهم الحياتية، فكلّ هذه القدرات والسمات تنمّى بعد إعداد إستراتيجيات تعليمية تخطّط خصيصا لتنميتها، وتجرّب ميدانيا على عيّنات منتقاة لإثبات ذلك، إلا أنّ ما يغفل عنه الفاعلون في الميدان التربوي؛ هو تمرير جملة من القيم خلال تنفيذ تلك الإستراتيجيات التعليمية، خصوصا إذا التزم المدرس بأدواره الجديدة، مانحا الفرصة لطلابه أخذ زمام المبادرة في تنفيذ بعض الأنشطة التعليمية، وموفّرا لهم بيئة آمنة تتيح الحرية المطلوبة لإبداع المتعلمين. إنّ تعليم القيم من خلال توظيف إستراتيجيات التعلّم النشط في التدريس؛ لهو السبيل الفعّال نحو تنشئة المتعلمين تنشئة سليمة ومثمرة، إذا أحسن المدرس اختيارها وعمل على تنفيذها بمهارة فائقة. وعليه، سيوضّح هذا البحث القيم المستنبطة من توظيف إستراتيجيات التعلّم النشط في التدريس، والمكمّلة للقيم المتضمّنة في المناهج الدراسية. Experts and educators admit that active learning strategies are very effective in improving learners' achievement, developing their motivation to learn, and increasing their creativity. Diversification in the use of these strategies also affects their thinking style and improving their life skills. All of these capabilities and features are developed after preparing educational strategies that are specifically planned for their development, and are field-tested on selected samples to prove that, but what the actors in the educational field forget or ignore is to pass a set of values during the implementation of these educational strategies, especially if the teacher adheres to his new roles, giving The opportunity for his learners to take the initiative in carrying out some educational activities, providing them with a safe conditions that provide the freedom required for the creativity of learners. Teaching values through implementing active learning strategies in teaching is the effective way to educate learners soundly and productively, if the teacher is well-chosen and works on implementing them with great skill. Thus, this research will state the values derived from implementing active learning strategies in teaching, and complementing the values included in the syllabuses
