القيم الانسانية للثورة التحريرية الجزائرية 1954-1962 من خلال بيان أول نوفمبر 1954.

الملخص
تعتبر الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية 1954-1962، واحدة من أكبر وأهم الثورات التحررية التي شهدها العالم في منتصف القرن العشرين، ليس لطول أمدها أو ضخامة نتائجها وانعكاساتها وما حققته من انتصارات عسكرية وحربية تجاه أعتى قوة عسكرية في العالم فحسب، بل لعدالتها وإنسانيتها التي كرستها هذه الثورة منهاجاً ودستوراً لها، من أجل الاهتداء بمعالمه والسير على خطاه في مواثيقها وأدبياتها كما في الممارسات اليومية للمناضلين والمجاهدين، وهو ما تضمنه أول ميثاق إيديولوجي للثورة التحريرية ممثلا في بيان أول نوفمبر 1954. وبناء عليه ستعالج الدراسة التي بين أيدينا، واحدة من أهم المبادئ والقيم التي حملها أول دستور للدولة الجزائرية، وسعى الى تكريسها في أدبياته المستقبلية وممارساته الميدانية، وهي القيم الإنسانية وإسقاطاتها في مشروع الثورة التحريرية؛ التي وإن كانت مستمدة من تعاليم الشرع الإسلامي ومصادره الأصيلة، فإنها تبقى ذات بعد إنساني يتجاوز في آدميته وإنسانيته الانتماءات السياسية والحدود القطرية وحتى المعتقدات الدينية. The Algerian liberation revolution is one of the greatest and most important revolutions which the world witnessed it in the twentieth century, not because of its length or enormousness of its results and repercussions or the achievements of its military victories against the most powerful military in the world, but because of the justice and humanity that was enshrined in its program and constitution in order to follow their standards and to respect them in its practices and actions. This is what was included in the first ideological document of the liberation revolution represented in the statement of the first of November 1954. Therefore, the following study deals with one of the most important principles and values that the first constitution of the Algerian state carried out and tried to apply it in his future field practices, namely human values and their projections in the project of the liberation revolution; although they are derived from the teachings of Islamic law and its authentic sources, they stay having a human dimension that exceeds in their humanity the political affiliations, national borders and even religious beliefs.
