الملخص
يهدف الموضوع المشتغل عليه والموسوم ب "أثر المصطلح الكلامي في المصطلح الشرعي" إلى بيان وتحليل القضايا التالية: - بيان معنى المصطلح وما يتعلق به من نشأة وتطور واهتمام - بيان كيفية استمداد المصطلح من العلوم والشرعية منها على الخصوص. - تحديد العلاقة التي تجمع بين كل من المصطلح الكلامي والمصطلح الشرعي للوقوف على أثر الاول في الثاني مع إدراج علم أصول الفقه نمودجا. The topic entitled "The Impact of the Islamic Philosophical Term on the Islamic Religious Term" aims to clarify and analyze the following issues: -Clarifying the meaning of the term and its origin, development, and interest -Explaining how the term is derived in the humanities and Islamic religious sciences in particular. -Determining the relationship between the term Islamic philosophy and the term Islamic religious science. - Focus on the impact of the first in the second with the inclusion of the science of Usul al-Fiqh as a model.
