الملخص
بسبب الاهتمام بالأرشيف تم التعرف على الحضارات القديمة بالرغم من بدائية مواد كتابتها ،من الكتابة والطباعة إلى ظهور الورق ثم لاحق ذلك ثورة في وسائل التخزين والاتصال والمعلومات ،إنها تحولات تفرض التساؤل حول علاقة الأرشيف بالمجتمع وتطويره خاصة في ظل مجتمع المعلومات، الذي يبشر بمجتمع رقمي وهو ما يتطلب التزود بتقنيات وكفاءات أخرى في هذه البيئة، والهدف هو التعرف على أوجه تأثير وتأثر الأرشيف بالمجتمع والدور الجديد للأرشيفي في توثيق أثر المجتمع عبر العصور، ومن أهم ما تم التوصل إليه من خلال التتبع التاريخي والوصفي أن للأرشيف دورا بارزا في تطوير المجتمع إذا تم الاهتمام به ،وأن للأرشيف والمجتمع علاقة متبادلة فقد تأثر بالكتابة وموادها المختلفة وأثر بحفظه للحقوق والشواهد التاريخية ونقل صورة عن المجتمع عبر العصور. The interest in archive identified the defining of ancient civilizations notwithstanding the rudimentary materials of the writing and printing till the emergence of paper. After this period, it was a revolution in storage, communication, and information transformation imposed on what archive has in relation with society and their development, especially in the information society that leads to a digital era that necessitates the acquisition of other techniques and skills in this digital environment. The objectives are to identify the influence and impact of the archive in society and to clarify the archivists' new role in the documentation of society's impact through the ages. The most crucial findings achieved through historical and descriptive reading are: The archive's role was crucial in society and influenced the handwriting and their various materials, The archive affected the preservation of historical and evidence rights, also transmitted the picture of society through the ages.
