قياس وتحليل أثر سعر النفط على الانفاق العام في الجزائر للفترة (1970-2019)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة وتحليل واقع الانفاق العام في الجزائر في ظلّ تقلبات أسعار النفط خلال الفترة (1970-2019)، مع محاولة قياس أثر سعر النفط على الانفاق العام خلال نفس الفترة بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية وباستخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ الانفاق العام في الجزائر عرف تزايدا مستمرا في معظم فترة الدراسة، كما خلصت إلى غياب علاقة التكامل المشترك بين سعر النفط والانفاق العام، وأنّ ارتفاع سعر النفط بـ 1% يؤدي إلى ارتفاع الانفاق العام بـ 0,13% في الأجل القصير. Abstract: This research paper aims to study and analyze the reality of public spending in Algeria in light of the fluctuations in oil prices during the period (1970-2019), as well as to try to measure the impact of oil prices on public spending during the same period based on annual data and using vector autoregressive model. The study found that public spending in Algeria has been constantly increasing for most of the study period, and concluded that there is no cointegration between oil prices and public spending, and that the 1% rise in oil prices leads to a 0,13% increase in public spending in the short-term.
