مسألة التكفير وضوابطها عند ابن عاشور من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير

الملخص
إن مسألة التكفير من المسائل المهمة، التي أسالت الكثير من المداد على مدار تاريخ المسلمين، وقد زلت فيها الأقدام، وضلت فيها الأفهام، ولهذا وقف العلماء منها موقفا حاسما محذّرين من مَغبة التّساهل أو التّسرع فيها، وساروا على منهج قويم دقيق، ولهذا كان لزاما على الدارسين إعادة البحث في ضوابطها، وقد اخترت في هذه الدراسة العلامة محمد الطاهر بن عاشور لتسليط الضوء على موقفه من هذه المسألة وكيف بسط القول فيها في ثنايا تفسيره (التحرير والتنوير)، لما لمسته فيه من طرح تجديدي يتناول فيه أقوال المتقدمين بنظرة نقدية فاحصة، مع إضافات نجد فيها إجابات شافية لأسئلة الراهن، تجنب القارئ مزالق الغلو أو التمييع لهذه المسألة.
