الملخص

يعد التقاضي الالكتروني نقلة مهمة ينتفع بها الكثير من الناس، ليس فقط المحامين والمواطنين بل حتى الدوائر وأجهزة الدولة، حيث أن هذا النظام هو نظام قضائي معلوماتي يتم بموجبه تطبيق كافة اجراءات التقاضي عن طريق المحكمة الالكترونية بواسطة أجهزة الحاسوب المرتبطة بشبكة الانترنيت وعبر البريد الالكتروني لغرض سرعة الفصل في الدعاوى وتسهيل اجراءاتها على المتقاضين وتنفيذ الاحكام الكترونيا الكلمات المفتاحية : محكمة – إلكترونية – قضاء- حاسوب Abstract: Electronic litigation is an important leap that many people benefit from, not only lawyers and citizens, but even state departments and agencies, as this system is an informational judicial system whereby all litigation procedures are implemented through the electronic court by computers connected to the Internet and via e-mail for the purpose of speed Adjudicating cases, facilitating their procedures for litigants, and implementing judgments electronically. key words:Court - electronic - judiciary - computer.
