The Role Of Job Satisfaction In Enhancing Resistance To Banking Consolidation In The Event Of Financial Insolvency. (a Case Study Of A Sample Of Algerian Banks In The City Of Blida)

Abstract

This study aims to know the perceptions of employees in banks in the city of Blida of their level of job satisfaction and the extent of its impact on the resistance to banking integration. Multimeter. The results showed: that workers ’perceptions of their level of job satisfaction were moderate, that the rate of resistance to banking merger was average, and that there was a positive statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of job satisfaction and resistance to banking integration. A set of recommendations were also presented based on these results. ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تصورات الموظفين في البنوك بمدينة البليدة لمستوى إحساسهم بالرضا الوظيفي ومدى تأثيرها في مقاومة الإندماج المصرفي، شملت الدراسة عينة عشوائية بلغت (450) موظفا من الموظفين في بنوك مدينة البليدة، واعتمد تحليل بياناتها على التحليل الإحصائي الوصفي، اختبارT test وتحليل الإنحدار المتعدد. وأظهرت النتائج: بأن تصورات العاملين لمستوى إحساسهم بالرضا الوظيفي جاءت متوسطة، وأن معدل مقاومة الإندماج المصرفي كان متوسطا، وأن هناك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي ومقاومة الإندماج المصرفي. كما تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات بناءا على هذه النتائج.
