قواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالقرآن والسنة والأثر عند محمد سيد طنطاوي من خلال تفسيره الوسيط.

الملخص
علم التفسير من العلوم المتجدّدة التي لم يُغلق فيها باب الاجتهاد؛ فقد يُفتح على المتأخر ما لم يُفتح به على المتقدّم، ومن الدّراسات الجادّة الحديثة التي تصدّرت لتفسير القرآن الكريم: " التفسير الوسيط" لشيخ الأزهر الأسبق محمد سيد طنطاوي الذي لم يقتصر في تفسيره على جمع الأقوال المنثورة في كتب التّفسير، بل كانت له بصمة واضحة في هذا الفنّ؛ فنحَا فيه نحوَ المتفحّص المدقّق، العالمِ بالتفسير، المطّلعِ على دقائقه والمكتشف لخباياه، ولا يخفى على السّابر لأغوار تفسيره تعقيبه – رحمه الله- على العديد من المسائل المختلَف في تفسيرها مبدياً رأيه مصرّحاً بترجيحه فيها، مستندا في ذلك على قواعد ترجيحية محدّدة تُعرف بالتّتبّع والاستقراء، وانقسمت القواعد الترجيحية التي اعتمد عليها في تفسيره إلى ثلاثة أقسام: قواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالنص القرآني، وقواعد الترجيح المتعلقة بالسنة والأثر، وقواعد الترجيح المتعلقة باللغة، واكتفيت في بحثي هذا بدراسة قواعد القسم الأول وقواعد القسم الثاني. Abstract: The science of interpretation of the Qur’an is one of the renewed sciences in which the door of diligence has not yet closed , It may be opened for the current what did not open to the previous. "Al-Tafsir Al-Wasit ” or The Intermediate Interpretation of the Qur’an by the former Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Muhammad Sayed Tantawi, is considered one of the recent serious studies that have pioneered the interpretation of the holy Qur’an as he did not limit his interpretation to the collection of sayings published in the Qur’an interpretaion books, rather, he had a clear imprint in this art. So he approached the examiner and the expert with the interpretation ; the one familiar with its subtleties and the discoverer of its mysteries. The one who delves into the depths of Tantawi ‘s interpretation can clearly notice his commentary - may God have mercy on him - on many disputed interprtation issues expressing his weighting in them based on specific weighting rules known as tracking and extrapolation. The weighting rules that Muhammad Sayed Tantawi relied on in his interpretation were divided into three sections: Rules of weighting related to the Qur'anic text, rules of weighting related to Sunnah (Prophetic Tradition) and the sayings of companions and followers of the prophet , and rules of weighting related to the language. In my research, I confined myself to studying the rules of the first section and the rules of the second section.
