الملخص
إن الزواج سنة الله في خلقه، فهو أسمى النظم الاجتماعية التي يتحقق من خلالها الاستقرار النفسي والاجتماعي، فهو بمثابة البعد الواقعي لاستمرارية البنية البشرية، لإعداد أجيال سليمة. تعتبر مسألة الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج قضية مهمة داخل المجتمعات، لما لها من دور في استقرار الأسرة والعلاقات الاجتماعية، وكذا الحد أو بالأحرى التقليل من انتشار الأمراض الوراثية والتي دفعت بالكثير من الدول إلى تأطير فكرة الفحص الطبي قبل الزواج بسياج قانوني بإصدار تشريع بخصوصه. كثر الحديث في الآونة الأخيرة عن زواج الأقارب وعلاقته بالأمراض الوراثية، فلا تكاد تذكر الأمراض الوراثية ألا ونجد من يحذر من زواج الأقارب، ويستشهد على ذلك بالأدلة والأحاديث والأبحاث العلمية الحديثة، وفي مقابل ذلك نجد من العلماء والأطباء من يدافع عن زواج الأقارب ويبرئه مما اتهم به مستشهدا أيضا بالأدلة والأبحاث العلمية الحديثة. تشكـل الأمراض الـوراثيـة والتشـوهـات الخلقيـة نسبة عـاليـة مـن المـواليـد الجـدد، ويتــوقـع إحصـائيـا أن يصـاب طفـل واحـد مـن كـل 25 طفــل إمـا بمـرض وراثـي، أو عيـب خلقـي شـديـد أو تـأخـر عقلـي نـاتـج عـن خلل فـي الجينـات، وبعـض مـن هـؤلاء المصابيـن بهـذه الأمراض يتـوفـون مبكـرا أو يحتـاجـون للبقـاء فـي المستشفيـات لمـدة طـويلـة أو بشكـل متكـرر ممـا يـؤدي إلـى الكثيـر مـن المشـاكـل الاقتصـاديـة والنفسيـة التــي تنعكـس علـى المـريـض والأسرة والمجتمـع. ومـن التطبيقـات العمليـة للـوراثـة فـي الإنسان، الاستشـارة الـوراثيـة والفحـص الطبـي قبـل الـزواج حيـث إنهمـا عمليتـان غـايـة فـي هـذا العصـر وتحقـق عـدداَ مـن الفـوائـد والأهداف، أهمهـا خفـض نسبـة انتشـار الأمراض الـوراثيـة، وذلك بتـوفيـر الفحـوص الـدقيقـة والحـديثـة، وتـوفيـر التشخيـص المبكـر لهـا ونشـر الـوعـي الصحـي للـوقـايـة مـن هـذه الأمراض وتقـديـم النصـح قبـل الـزواج وقبـل وأثنـاء الحمـل وبعـد الـولادة وبعـد تشخيـص الحـالـة، ودعـم الأسرة المتـأثـرة وتخفيـف الجسمـانـي والاجتماعـي والاقتصـادي. كما إعتمدنا في بحثنا المنهج الوصفي حيث وصفنا كل ما كتب في المسألة من الناحية الشرعية والطبية، ونجمعها ثم ننظم المادة العلمية بأسلوب علمي ومنهي ونناقش ما يحتاج إلى مناقشة. الكلمات المفتاحية : الفحص الطبي، ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، التشـوهـات الخلقيـة. Abstract: Marriage is God's year in its creation. It is the supreme social system through which psychosocial stability is achieved. It is the realistic dimension of the continuity of the human structure to prepare healthy generations. The issue of premarital medical examination is an important issue for communities, because of their role in the stability of the family and social relations, as well as reducing or rather reducing the spread of genetic diseases, which led many countries to frame the idea of medical examination before marriage legal fence by issuing legislation. There is a lot of talk recently about inbreeding and its relationship to genetic diseases, it is hardly to mention genetic diseases, and we do not find anyone who warns of inbreeding, citing evidence, talk and recent scientific research. He also cited recent scientific evidence and research. Genetic diseases and congenital malformations constitute a high proportion of newborns, and statistically one in every 25 children is expected to develop either a hereditary disease, severe birth defect or mental retardation resulting from an imbalance in the gene. Our findings: • To the fact that many scholars of Sharia and medicine have exaggerated the reluctance of consanguineous marriages, relying on scientific studies that may broadcast what they contradict. • This does not mean that consanguineous marriage is desirable at all, but we stand from the position of the center, we say that based on scientific and genetic research, if found in the family of genetic disease, better marriage and alienation of marriage for fear of confluence of recessive genetic factors leading to the possibility of infection In offspring. The results of our findings necessitate another result, which is the medical examination before marriage between relatives. The medical examination is to identify the history of the family and the presence or absence of recessive diseases and the degree of the probability of the presence of genetic diseases, which makes the spouses do not marry but they are reassuring. In addition, consanguineous marriages continue for several generations, leading to the accumulation of some genetic diseases, due to several reasons. But we need to create a health consciousness that everyone has to get before the medical examination before marriage or genetic counseling, which makes our society civilized free of all the psychological, psychological and economic disadvantages.
