الملخص

نظرا للمخاطر الكبيرة التي تنطوي عليها العملية الاستهلاكية في جميع مراحلها ومن أجل وقاية المستهلك الالكتروني من مخاطر ما يقتنيه من سلع و خدمات ووقوعه ضحية لنزعته الاستهلاكية، وحتى تكون حمايته تامة على أكمل وجه وفي مختلف المجالات التي يتعامل فيها نعالج من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية "موضوع حماية المستهلك الالكتروني أثناء مرحلة تنفيذ العقد "حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة جد حساسة لتوفير نوع من الضمان و الأمان للمستهلك الالكتروني لدى سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية معالجة هذا الموضوع الذي يثير الإشكال التالي "فيما تتمثل الحماية القانونية للمشرع الجزائري للمستهلك الالكتروني في مرحلة تنفيذ العقد؟وما مدى فعالية هذه الحماية؟ الكلمات المفتاحية :المستهلك الالكتروني، الحماية القانونية، تنفيذ العقد، التجارة الالكترونية، Abstract: Given the riskiness That rests upon the consumption procedur throughout all its phases and in order to protect the electronic consumer from the dangers of what he/she might be getting in terms of goods and services as well as falling prey to consumerism, and in order to protect him/her completely thoughout all possible transactions in every possible way, this essay shall be dedicated to *The subject of electronic consumer protection during the Contract Execution phase * since the latter is considered to be very crucial in providing a sense of guarantee and safeness to the electronic consumer throughout which this essay shall handle this subject that stirs- up the following problematic : * What is the Algerian Legislator’s lawful protection towards the electronic consumer during the Contract Execution phase ?And how effective this protection really is ? key words:Consumer Electronics, Legal protection
