أثر التنشئة السياسية على الممارسة الديمقراطية

الملخص
الملخص: يحتاج البناء الديمقراطي الفعال الى التأسيس لثقافة سياسية جمعية ضمن عملية تنموية شاملة اذ أنها تمثل نسقا متبادلا بين النظام السياسي والمجتمع ،فعلى الرغم من أن عملية بناء الدولة يتم بالتخطيط الواعي والمقصود من طرف النظام السياسي، الذي يهدف الى تكوين وحدة مجتمعية حول الكيان الذي تقوم عليه إلا أن المجتمع يساهم بشكل كبير في هذه العملية من منطلق أنه عندما نستطيع تحديد الثقافة السياسية لدى المجتمع تكون لدينا القدرة على تحديد ماهية النظام السياسي لديه ، ومن هذا المنطلق فان هذا الموضوع يتطرق الى تأثير كل من التنشئة والثقافة السياسية على الممارسة الديمقراطية ، فالثقافة السياسية تعبر عن منظومة تفاعل الأفراد باعتبارهم وكلاء اجتماعيين يمارسون التأثير على بعضهم البعض في اطار حالات اجتماعية تنبعث من أنماط حياة مختلفة و التي تأخذ صورا مختلفة من الثقافات السياسية المتنافسة ، وتتضح في الواقع ضمن أشكال من التوجه نحو القضايا السياسية والعمل السياسي وما يشكله من سلوكيات وممارسات نحو السلطة. Abstract: Building a democratic constitution requires the establishment of a collective political culture within a comprehensive development process. It represents a reciprocal coordination between a political system and a society, despite the fact that the process of building a state is carried out by conscious and intentional planning by the political system, which aims to form a societal unity around the entity on which it is based. However, society contributes greatly to this process. If We can determine the political culture of the society, we will have the ability to determine what the political system has, and from this point of view, this topic deals with the impact of each of the upbringing and political culture on democratic practice, the political culture It reflects the system of interaction of individuals as social agents who influence each other within the framework of social situations. These situations emanate from different lifestyles, which take different forms from competing political cultures, and are in fact evident within forms of orientation towards political issues and political action and the behaviours and practices that it constitutes towards authorities.
