الملخص
تطرح الأزمة اليمنية انعكاسات وتحديات حقيقية أمام منظومة مجلس التعاون الخليجي، ما يجعل أداء المنظمة تحت الاختبار من حيث مدى قدرتها على إدارة الأزمات الإقليمية، الأمر الذي يستدعي تحليل البدائل المختلفة للمنظمة في التعامل مع الأزمة وكيفية بلورتها للأدوات والآليات المناسبة لتنفيذ البديل الذي تم الاتفاق على أنه الأنسب، لذا نحاول من خلال معالجتنا لهذا الموضوع تحديد طبيعة هذه الانعكاسات، ثم محاولة تقييم أداء المجلس عبر رصد نقاط القوة وكذا أوجه القصور. Abstract: The Yemeni crisis raises many repercussions and real and difficult challenges for the Gulf Cooperation Council system, Therefore, the organization’s performance is being tested in terms of its ability to manage regional crises. Which calls for analyzing the organization’s various alternatives in dealing with the crisis, And how it crystallized the appropriate tools and mechanisms to implement the alternative that was agreed upon as the most appropriate. We are also trying, through our treatment of this issue, to determine the nature of these repercussions.Then, an attempt to assess the performance of the Council by monitoring the strengths and shortcomings.
