الملخص

الهدف من وراء هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مدى أهمية ومكانة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودورها في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي باعتبارها منفذا وحلا استراتيجيا ممكنا لتقليص الاعتماد على المورد الواحد في تحقيق عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بالجزائر وذلك بإنشاء أكثر لهذه المؤسسات وتفعيلها بتخصصات متنوعة والعمل على استدامتها بتوفير مناخ اعمال مناسب بها. افرزت نتائج هذه الدراسة ان التنويع الاقتصادي حبيس مشاكل وصعوبات لا بد من تجاوزها فالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لم تحقق الى حد الان الأهداف المسطرة لها وبالدرجة المطلوبة رغم المجهودات المبذولة من طرف الدولة فتطوير هذه المؤسسات واستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة والاستفادة من تجارب الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال من شانه السمو بهذه المؤسسات الى درجات اعلى تضمن توفير قاعدة إنتاجية متنوعة تنافسية. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to shed light on the importance and status of small and medium enterprises and their role in achieving economic diversification as a possible outlet and a strategic solution to reduce dependence on a single resource in achieving the process of economic and social development. In Algeria, implanting more of these institutions and activating them in various disciplines as working for their sustainability by providing an appropriate business climate. The results of this study revealed that economic diversification is limited to the problems and difficulties to overcome. Small and medium enterprises have not yet achieved the goals set for them and to the extent required, despite the efforts made by the state. The development of these institutions and the use of modern technology and benefit from the experiences of leading countries in this field would be raised with these institutions to a higher degree that ensures the provision of diversification and competitiveness.
