الملخص

(تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان التأويل عند علماء الإسلام، أصوله وقواعده، والوقوف على التأويل عند الحداثيين، وإبراز منهجهم وأهدافهم، وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيس المتعلق بالتأويل الحداثي منهجه وأصوله، وسماته، وأهدافه وما مدى اتساقه مع المنهجية العلمية؟ اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، الذي يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة، ومن نتائج الدراسة: بعد التأويل الحداثي عن المنهجية العلمية.) Abstract: The study aims at defining the interpretation from the Islamic scholars’ point of view, its foundation and its rules. Besides, this very study aims at defining the interpretation from the modernists’ view as well as their methodology and aims. The problematic of the study lies behind replying to the main question i.e. the modernist interpretation, its methodology and origins, its characteristics as well as its goals and to which extent does it comply with the academic methodology. This study follows the analytic and representative methodology. Such a method is appropriate with the studied subject. Result: farness of the modernist interpretation from the academic methodology.).
