الملخص
الملخص: كثر الحديث عن مشاركة المرأة في العملية السياسية، ثم بدأ تسليط الضوء على انخراطها في بقية مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الأخرى، فارتأينا نحن من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على ثلاث فئات من المجتمع النسوي ( الأستاذات الجامعيات ،المعلمات ،والماكثات في البيت ) إلى الكشف عن مدى قابلية المرأة للانخراط في مؤسسات المجتمع المدني ،والكشف عن العوائق التي تحول دون ذلك ،وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي والاستمارة كأحد أدواته ، وقد خلصنا إلى جملة من النتائج كان أبرزها أن النساء بمختلف مستوياتهن العلمية والعملية غير مقبلات على الانخراط في هذه المؤسسات ،وذلك لجملة من الأسباب أبرزها عدم ملاءمة المناخ العام ،وعدم إتاحة الفرصة لهن لشغل مناصب سيادية لأن الارتقاء ليس على أسس مهنية أو علمية ،بالإضافة إلى جملة من العوامل البيداغوجية والعائلية والدينية . Abstract: There was a lot of talk about women's participation in the political process, then the spotlight began to shed light on their involvement in the rest of other civil society institutions, so we decided, through this field study that was conducted on three categories of the feminist community (university professors, teachers, and stays at home) to uncover The extent of women's ability to engage in civil society institutions, and the disclosure of the obstacles that prevent this, and we have used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as one of its tools, and we have concluded a number of results, the most prominent of which is that women of various levels of education and practice are not on the verge of joining these institutions, for a number of The reasons, most notably the inadequacy of the general climate, and the failure to provide them with the opportunity to occupy positions of sovereignty because the rise is not on professional or scientific grounds, in addition to a set of pedagogical, family and religious factors.
