الدّرس الأصولي والدّرس النّحوي في تفسير ابن العربي

الملخص
دأب العلماء على المزج بين الدّراسة اللغوية، والدّراسة الشّرعية، باعتبار أنّ اللغة العربية وعاءً حاملاً للمعرفة الفقهية، و وسيطًا يمكن من خلاله تحقيق التّواصل بين الفقهاء، والرّجوع في حال نزاعهم إلى أسلوب الخطاب وبيئته، ودلالة اللّفظ ونحويته، ونظراً للوحدة الاصطلاحية الحاملة لعلم الفقه، وعلم أصول النحو؛ المتمثلة في علم أدلة الفقه، ونظرًا للتأثير المتبادل بينهما؛ نشأت علاقة ربط بين علم أصول الفقه وعلم أصول النحو، ثمّ انعكس كلّ هذا على الدروس العلمية الأخرى، كلّ في مجاله ومحاله، من بين ذلك: الدّرس التّفسيري الذي يعدّ رافداً مميّزاً من روافد الدّلالة، تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتكشف الغطاء عن العلاقة المحورية بين الدّرس النّحوي والدّرس الأصولي في منهج تفسير القرآن الكريم عند الإمام ابن العربي. Scholars have been mixing linguistic study with legal study, considering that the Arabic language is a container carrying jurisprudence knowledge, and a mediator through which communication between jurists can be achieved, and in the event of their conflict, they refer to the style of discourse and its environment, the significance of the word and its syntax, and given the terminological unit that carries the science of jurisprudence. etymology; represented in the science of jurisprudence evidence, and due to the mutual influence between them; A link emerged between the science of jurisprudence and the science of the origins of grammar, and then all this was reflected on other scientific lessons, each in its field and its places, including: the interpretative lesson, which is a distinct tributary of semantics, this research paper comes to reveal the cover of the pivotal relationship between the lesson The Grammar and Fundamental Lesson in the Interpretation of the Noble Qur’an Approach to Imam Ibn al-Arabi.
