الملخص
This paper poses an overview of the technological incubators, and begin to display some of the basic concepts of incubators Business rankings and various kinds, as well as a number of key aspects associated with it, and then give a quick overview of the global situation and perspective in some cases representing a number of countries, and exposure after that the Arab context and recent developments and the current position and the features of the desired future conditions as the basis for an initial strategic vision on the table .
