الملخص
جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف تسليط الضوء على موضوع المجتمع المدني والتحدي الديمقراطي في الجزائر، انطلاقا من إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه المجتمع المدني كأحد الفواعل البارزة والمهمة في سيرورة العملية الديمقراطية، ويتوقف ذلك على طبيعته من حيث استقلاليته وحسن تنظيمه وكفاءته وشفافيته، فضلا على طبيعة البيئة السياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية التي يعمل ضمنها، فمتى قويت وتدعمت قوى ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، فإنها تساهم في تثبيت الديمقراطية وتعزيزها، في حين أن غياب هذه الآليات الجوهرية سيؤدي حتما إلى ضعف فعاليتها ومحدودية تأثيرها في مؤسسات صنع القرار، وبالتالي إعاقة التطور السياسي والديمقراطي. This study aims to highlight on the civil society and democratic challenge in Algeria based on highlighting the role played by civil society as one of the prominent and important actors in the course of the democratic process and that depends on its nature in terms of its independence, good organization, efficiency and transparency in addition to the nature of the political, social and cultural environment in which the civil society works and when the institutions of civil society be strengthened and supported It will contributes to stabilizing and strengthening democracy while the absence of these essential mechanisms will inevitably lead to weak effectiveness and its limited influence on decision-making institutions and thus impede political and democratic development
