موكب تولية الباشا في الجزائر العثمانية: تحوّلات وتفرّدات.

الملخص
بظهور الجزائر كإيالة عثمانية منذ سنة 1519م، بدأ تشكّل مجال سياسي بارز على مستوى الحوض الغربي للبحر المتوسط، وقد كان النظام السياسي المتواجد في الإيالة عرضة لتحولات كثيرة وتجاذبات مختلفة، وهو ما يثير عند الباحث رغبة التقصي عن مواكب السلطة في ظل هذه التّقلبات، قصد معرفة نواميسها تبعا لمراحل الحكم السّياسي في الجزائر، ومقارنتها مع تونس والمغرب الجارتين في المجال المغاربي، لذا تأتي هذه الدّراسة سعيا إلى رسم صورة عن موكب تعيين وبيعة الباشا في الجزائر، مع ضبط المتحوّل والمتفرد منها في الجانب الشّكلي وهيكلة مؤسسة الحل والعقد. With the emergence of Algeria as an Ottoman regency since 1519, a prominent political sphere has begun to form in the western basin of the Mediterranean. Hence, the political system in the regency has been subject to many shifts and different attractions. This raises the desire of the researcher to investigate the processions of power under such fluctuations in order to learn about their traditions and norms according to the phases of political rule in Algeria, as well as to compare them with the neighboring Tunisia and Morocco in the Maghreb sphere. This study is therefore an effort to draw up a picture of the procession for the appointment of the Pasha in Algeria, taking into account the formality of the shifted and the unique, as well as the structure of the Consultative Assembly.
