الملخص

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التماثل التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. وتماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع المدروس تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ,وأيضا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من الميدان ,بهدف قياس مستوى التماثل التنظيمي ,فاشتملت أداة القياس على )27بندا( طبقت على عينة مكونة من)96استاذا( من ابتدائيات مقاطعة قمار -04- ولاية الوادي. أكدت نتائج هذه الدراسة وجود مستوى مرتفع للتشابه التنظيمي ,لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي ونستدل على ذلك بمتوسط حسابي قدر بـ )2.60(وانحراف معياري قدر بـ )0.54(. إضافة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع للانتماء التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي ونستدل على ذلك بمتوسط حسابي قدر بـ )2.54(وانحراف معياري قدر بـ )0.65(.ونفس المستوى المرتفع كذلك بالنسبة للولاء التنظيمي والذي قدر بمتوسط حسابي يساوي )2.43(وانحراف معياري يساوي )0.70(. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the level of organizational symmetry among primary school teachers. In line with the nature of the studied topic, the descriptive approach was used. And also the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the field .In order to measure the level of organizational symmetry, So the measurement tool included (27 items) that were applied to a sample of (96 teachers) from Gamar District Elementary School -04- El-oued state. The results of this study demonstrated that there is a high level of organizational similarity among primary education teachers We infer this with an arithmetic mean estimated at (2.60) and a standard deviation estimated at (0.54). In addition to the presence of a high level of organizational affiliation among primary education teachers We deduce that with an arithmetic mean estimated at (2.54) and a standard deviation estimated at (0.65). The same high level was also for organizational loyalty, which was estimated with an arithmetic mean of (2.43) and a standard deviation of (0.70).
