المفاوضات التونسية الفرنسية واستقلال تونس

الملخص

قطعت المفاوضات التونسية الفرنسية أشواطا بفضل الحزب الدستوري الجديد برئاسة الحبيب بورقيبة الذي ساهم في التعريف بالقضية التونسية، وصالح بن يوسف الذي أجبر فرنسا على الخضوع للتفاوض تحت ضغط المقاومة المسلحة خاصة مع اندلاع الثورة الجزائرية، واعتمد بورقيبة على سياسة المراحل وتحصلت بها تونس على الاستقلال الداخلي في 03 جوان 1955، ثم طالب بتجاوز هذه الاتفاقيات لتبدأ مرحلة جديدة أثمرت باستقلال تونس التام بتاريخ 20 مارس 1956 ومواصلة تسوية المشاكل العالقة مع فرنسا والتي تأثرت بتطور الثورة التحريرية، ومن هنا سنحاول الإجابة على عدة تساؤلات منها :كيف تبلورت فكرة الاستقلال لدى الحركة الوطنية التونسية؟ ما هي الأسباب التي جعلت فرنسا تخضع للتفاوض؟ ما حقيقة اتفاقيات الاستقلال الداخلي الذي مُنح لتونس؟ ولماذا أصبحت تونس تطالب بتجاوز هذه الاتفاقيات؟ وكيف وصل بورقيبة بتونس إلى الاستقلال التام؟ وهل تنازلت فرنسا بكل سهولة عن تونس؟ وهل كان ذلك على حساب الجزائر أم لصالحها؟ Tunisian-French negotiations have made strides due to the new constitutional party headed by Habib Bourguiba, which contributed to define the Tunisian issue, also Saleh bin Youssef forced France to submit to negotiations under the pressure of armed resistance, especially with the outbreak of the Algerian revolution, in addition Bourguiba relied on the method of stages which resulted in Tunisian independence on June 3, 1955. After that, Bourguiba had demanded to override these agreements inorder to start a new phase that resulted in Tunisia's complete independence on March 20, 1956, also to continue settling the pending problems with France that were affected by the development of the liberation revolution, so this les us to try to answer the followibg questions: How did the idea of independence have been formed in the Tunisian patriotism movement ? What are the reasons that urged France to accept negotiation? What is the truth about the internal independence agreements granted to Tunisia? why is Tunisia demanding to override these agreements? How did Bourguiba reach total independence in Tunisia? Did France easily give up on Tunisia? Was this at the expense of Algeria or in its favor?
